The Pearl River is a Chinese TLR Camera for 6x6cm exposures on 120 film. It's a slightly improved variant of the Seagull 4B and was made in Guangdong from the 1960's to the 1980's.
The "Pearls River" brand appears on both 75mm f/3.5 lenses and on the shutter offering speeds from 1/25 to 1/250 second and B. Film is advanced using a winding knob and red window frame counter.
